POLICIES TO PROTECT THE WOMEN & CHILDREN TO SAFEGUARD THEIR RIGHTS

Empowering women to be able to live with respect and dignity and are being able to contribute as equal partners in the society without facing violence and discrimination. And child protection is about well fostered children who are been given full opportunities to develop, grow and evolve by providing them a safe and a protective society.
Child protection is about protecting children from violence, exploitation, abuse and other dangers of the society and also, when the economic conditions of a family is not fine that leads to child labour, which hampers the child education and they are our future citizens. With no education they become vulnerable adults.
Women over the period of time have been suppressed by our society. Women have been facing domestic violence, female feticide, no education of the girl child, child marriage, and many more issues that lead women to not have a status in our society. This society has always been a male dominating society which has led to over a long period of suffering for women in India and not just India but all over the world. We need to Empower our women by taking action of raising the status of women through education, raising awareness, and training. Women's empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make choices that fit their likes and needs & also life-determining decisions through the different problems in society. educating women opens up the new prospects, broadens her thinking, develops new ideas and hopes, enhances knowledge and skills, provides the courage to meet the challenges of life and give freedom of expressions. This also helps her in leading an independent life and an educated mother can nurture her children with better thinking and build them into responsible adults.
Child protection is also a very sensitive topic of discussion. The experiences that a child goes through eads him to becoming the man or women they become as adults. It's extremely importance that we are able to provide and nurture them with safe and positive atmosphere in order to build a good society. Children need to be told about their rights and also need to taught life skills and support them to participate in decision-making processes. When children are empowered, they gain selfe­ steem and more confidence; they feel valued and able to influence their lives and futures.
We as a organisation believe that we need to promote social and economic empowerment of women through policies and programmes and taking and making amends about the gender concerns, creating awareness about the rights and the facilities that a women & children should be supported with, along with enabling their human rights and use of their full potential so that they too can develop, make decision that help them grow and also benefits in getting a status in the society and children can experience good and a healthy life style.
