Importance of Skill Development

We as a society have been facing this issue from a very long time now. Its been a course of many years now that this problem has been a major issue which has led on to other major issues like hunger, poverty, etc for as much as we may say but such problems are big enough to lead to other major problems. And major steps and policies need to be brought in to face such issue.
So what issue are we exactly talking about? Unemployment, it happens when a person who is actively looking to get hired is unable to find work. Unemployment is a key economic indicator because it signals the inability of workers to readily acquire gainful work to contribute to the productive output of the economy.
Unemployment can be caused by my reasons. A few of them are new technologies and inventions, regulation and market, the status of the economy which could be leading to recession, competition due to globalization , policies of the government, don't have the required skills and many more.
Unemployment is a major social issue in India. As of September 2018, according to the Indian government, India had 31 million jobless people, this number is also highly disputed. And also, those who are working face problem of poor-quality jobs vulnerable to displacement So from this we can make out how big this problem is and my many Indians are suffering from this. And with the rising population and no proper measures to build skilled individuals which have the knowledge to acquire and produce results this will remain a problem.
We as an organisation understand the importance of such big issues which need our attention and time to help in reducing the problem. We help in bringing the little changes which will lead us to bigger accomplishments. Strategies to bring such change are Use of Labour-intensive Technology it will lead to sufficient employment opportunities both in the rural and urban sectors of the economy. Accelerating Investment in Agriculture Both the public and private sector investment in agriculture to employment generation by investment
in irrigation, rural roads, flood control projects, power generation and other infrastructure. Services and Employment Growth services such as finance, insurance, trade, hotels, and restaurants have also a lot of employment potential Education, Health not only promote growth of output, it will also generate a good deal of employment opportunities. More schools, hospitals, health clinics in the rural and urban areas will create employment during their construction but also, and more important, when they start working to provide education and health services. And much more steps can help in controlling the problem.

When a problem as big as this is overcome the benefits are not just the individuals but they lead to bigger benefits to the overall economy.
