The Day Ravi Found His Voice

(E Village Initiative)

During a village survey in Uttar Pradesh, our team met Ravi—quietly drawing lines in the dust outside his home. He had never been to school. Not because he didn’t want to—but because no one knew how to begin.

When asked gently, he said:
“Didi, mujhe school jana hai.”
It was not a demand. Just a quiet wish.

Through the E Village initiative, Ravi was enrolled in a learning space. He struggled at first—holding a pencil felt unfamiliar. He avoided eye contact. He feared being wrong.

But he kept showing up.

Months later, one day he stood up and read a full sentence aloud. He paused midway—looked up—as if asking, “Was that really me?”Today, Ravi sits confidently in a classroom, raising his hand and believing—perhaps for the first time—that his future can be different. Impact: From exclusion → to confidence and belonging.

Sushila’s First Earning, Her First Identity

(Mahila Udyami)

Sushila sat quietly in the corner during our visit. Every question directed at her was answered by someone else.

When we gently asked:
“Aap kya karna chahti ho?”

She replied hesitantly:
“Mujhe silai aati hai… par kabhi use nahi ki.”

That moment changed everything. Through Mahila Udyami, she began attending sessions. Slowly, she restarted stitching. Then came small orders. Then income. The first money she earned—she held onto it. Not for its value, but because it was hers. Today, Sushila speaks for herself. Not loudly—but clearly. Impact: From silence → to self-worth and independence.

The Day Water Stopped Making Them Sick

(Clean Drinking Water Initiative)

In this village, illness had become routine. Unsafe water was the only option. Every household shared the same concern. Every story pointed to the same source. Through SBP’s intervention, clean drinking water was made accessible.

No celebrations. No announcements.
But slowly—everything changed.

Children stopped missing school.
Medical visits reduced.
Homes felt lighter.

One mother said softly:
“Ab paani peene se darr nahi lagta.”

Impact: From daily risk → to health, safety, and peace.

Imran’s Return—Not in Defeat, But in Strength

(Rural Employment & Skill Development)

Imran left his village hoping for a better future in the city. Instead, he found instability and struggle.

When he returned, he carried silence—not success.

He said:
“Yahan kuch nahi hai.”

Through SBP’s skill development programs, he rebuilt his path—step by step. Today, Imran earns within his village, lives with his family, and carries dignity instead of uncertainty.

Now, when others talk about leaving, he says:
“Sab kuch bahar nahi hota.”

Impact: From migration → to dignity and belonging.

Pooja’s Window to the World

(IIU – Global Learning Initiative)

Pooja had curiosity—but no access.

Through IIU, she enrolled in an online course. Everything felt unfamiliar at first. She almost gave up.She replayed lectures, learned at her own pace, and connected with knowledge beyond her village.

Today, she speaks with confidence and clarity.
Because now she knows—her future is not limited by her location.
Impact: From limited exposure → to global perspective.

Arjun’s Search for Direction

(Youth Empowerment)

After completing his education, Arjun felt lost.
No job. No guidance. Just uncertainty.
He said honestly:
“Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha tha main kya karun.”
Through SBP’s programs, he gained exposure, skills, and direction.
Today, he is working, learning, and moving forward with purpose.
Impact: From confusion → to clarity and growth.

The First Step in Delhi

(Where It All Began)

Before expansion, there was a small beginning in Delhi.
A young boy once stood outside a learning space, unsure if he belonged.
He said:
“Mujhe lagta hai main samajh nahi paunga.”

No one forced him. The door remained open.
.

One day, he walked in.

That moment became the foundation of SBP— not forcing change, but creating safe spaces where people can begin. Impact: From hesitation → to inclusion and confidence.
